We had an awesome experience! Mike was very easy to book with and was able to get in quickly to help us out. The price he charged was fair for the amount of work done; we’ve had bad experiences in the past with the same type of service, so we’re definitely willing to pay a little more to get the job done right and it was worth it. He showed up early, and both him and his worker were very professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Michael and his helper came out today to do the carpets in my home and did a great job. I called after receiving one of his mailers and was on an extremely tight time schedule, as I needed to move furniture in and wanted the carpets cleaned first. Michael arrived on time and did an awesome job. He charged me the exact price he quoted on the phone, and unlike EVERY carpet cleaner I’ve ever used in the past, there was absolutely NO UPSELL. Michael pre-treated stains, etc., and again, there was NO UPSELL! I’m very appreciative of that. Crystal Clean of Delmarva did a great job, and I highly recommend them.

On time! That never happens! AND Friendly! Most importantly, the carpets… I thought for sure I needed to just get all new flooring upstairs…. but they brought my rugs back to life! I had no idea they could get my carpets so clean!!! These rugs are good for several more years now! I will be calling them again when it’s time for cleaning!
